What Causes Burning Sensation In The Mouth, Nose And The Body Extremities?

what is wrong when a body is burning , e.g. inside of the mouth feels like having eaten cayenne pepper, or the inside of the nostrils burning as if having inhaled cayenne pepper, and burning on the soles of the feet, the same sensation on the finger tips.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of burning sensation in the mouth, nose and the body extremities, which seems to be due to

- peripheral neuropathy
- burning mouth syndrome
- vitamin B12 deficiency
- anxiety disorder
- medication reaction or side-effect
- hyperhidrosis
- diabetic neuropathy or stroke.

I would suggest you to consult general practitioner for proper examination . Doctor may order certain test like blood test and check vitals to confirm the diagnosis.

- Avoid intake of sharp, spicy and junk food.

- Drink plenty of fluids.

- Take proper rest and do mind relaxing exercises like meditation.
