General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

It might be due to a condition called plantar fasciitis. As a first line of management you can take analgesics like Acetaminophen or Tramadol for pain relief. You can soak the feet in like warm water.

If the symptoms are severe, better to consult an orthopaedician and get evaluated, in that case you may require steroid injection to the soles.

Hope I have answered your query.

Take care

Regards,
Dr. Shinas Hussain, General & Family Physician
