General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi
Thanks for posting on HCM
Your symptom may be causes by a skin infection contracted while dancing or allergy.I will advise you try the following:
-Avoid using the dresses you wore on that day till you wash and have them ironed
-Take an anti-histamine like loratadine
-Take a steroid like dexamethasone for say 5 days
-Good skin hygiene.
-You may bath with antiseptic soap or solution like cyteal.
If symptoms persist, you see a Dermatologist for evaluation.
Hope this will help
Best regards
