What Causes Burning Sensation In The Anus While Suffering From Yeast Infection?

I went to urgent care was diagnosed and cultured with a yeast infection. Dr prescribed 2 Diflucan. There was no improvement. I went to my gynecologist who swabbed me again and found bv and yeast infection. He gave me flagl and 2 Diflucan. Symptoms improved for about 4 days but they are back including a burning anus and white discharge. Dr told me to go back on flagyl and monistat 7 and a probiotic. I am in alot of pain. Why would my anus now be affected?

for yeast infection local anti fungal like candid can be applied. if noimprovment then systemic anti fungal may be given symptoms of anus may be be for other cause and is to be diagnosed by local examination.
