What Causes Burning Sensation In Penis During Intercourse?

Hi. My fiance have been experiencing burning during sexual intercourse lately. First round is fine ,but second round he stoped and said that his penis feels as if its on fire. A while ago we had sex ,2 days later he had this very fine rash type of pimples on his penis head,which burst open afterwards and was kind of wetish. He said it burned alot but we did not go to the doctor ...cause of embarrasment. I went to test myself for HIV 4 months later just to be sure he was not elsewhere and my results was negative . What do think it is?

I have gone through your query. Your fiance's problem can be most likely due to fungal infection. Avoid soaps and irritants to wash the area. Instead he can use saline or warm water. Using creams or ointments containing anti fungal agents like Miconazole , anti bacterial like Neomycin and corticosteroids like Hydrocortisone for local application will be helpful to clear this. Avoid intercourse till it heals or use condoms.
