What Causes Burning Sensation In Penis After Urination Or Erection?

Hi DR Chandan, I have a problem were pennis start little burning after urination or after errection I:E after mastrubation. i feel little comfort again when i watch something nasty i mean adult stuff or when my dick goes hard. i dont have any errection problem while errection or urination i dont have any issues but after the process is comple thats when the burning starts. it burns as if i have used some pain killer ointment to my pennis. i started eating bcomplex tablets from days and am consuming loads of water these days. could you please suggest what can be done. i have asked one of my friend who is an urologist he said sometimes is common please take this off your head and leave it. please suggest
