Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have burning sensation in nose . Well the symptoms you mention in query can occur due to may reasons like allergy to cream or lotion , chemical burn , hayfever , smokin , facial nerve trauma and cold . I would suggest you to consult ENT specialist for proper examination . Doctor may order nasal endoscopy , throat swab test and viral culture test to confirm the diagnosis .
