What Causes Burning Sensation In Finger Tips?

I m wondering what s going on I have a burning sensation in my finger tips on my right hand mainly thumb,index and middle finger. I hand it yesterday as well but I was cutting hot peppers so I just thought is was that. But it want away and now I have it again and it hurts a lot but I did not do any thing with peppers today and it just started happening after my shower. Thank you
