Dear Friend.
Hi , I am Dr Anshul Varshney , I have read your query in detail , I understand your concern.
Burning sensation after lunch can be due to acidity. If it is limited just to stomach, it might be due to acidity.
Sometimes, hyperacidity also leads to feeling of abnormal burning sensation in whole body.
I would advise you to take a drug like Pantoprazole once a day, and to take soft bland diet.
If you get relieved by this, then this is because of Hyperacidity only.
If you don't get relief, then get all routine investigations including Fasting Blood Sugar level.
This is my personal opinion based on details available here. If you still have any other query, you may please ask me.
Stay Healthy.
