What Causes Burning Sensation During Urination And Semen Discharge In Stool?

Hi sir,
i have burning sensation during urination since last 10 year and semen discharge during stool or even applying pressure during stool. again after 2 year i got mild pain in right testis now i am 28 year. i have folllow urine test , culture ,ultrasound of testis,kidney and result was OK and no bacterial infection is found.still i have taken antibiotic but not worked. now i want to tell you true that i am masturbating since age 13 year sometime over masturbated sometimes normal sometimes stopped for week ,month, but overall i think i have over masturbated.my penis is also some bended left and downward during erection .For last 1 year i fully stopped masturbation (but nightfall night occur). and take some medicine for to stop semen discharge and now its OK .but for last 2 month i am getting pain at the start of urination. and filling inflammation and discomfort in pelvic area. one thing i noticed after ejaculation(although am not masturbating but ejaculation occur due to nightfall) discomfort and inflammation
gone away for a week and and but pain at the start of urination not gone and burning sensation during urination still persisting for last 10 year. really i am getting very frustrated please help .

Burning sensation or pain at the start of urination can indicate an inflammation in urethra. This inflammation is caused by bacterial. Based on your condition, I think you get chronic infection at urethra (called urethritis).

Urethritis is treated with antibiotic. I suggest you to avoid unprotected sexual intercourse. For more information, you should visit urologist in your area.
