What Causes Burning Sensation And Urge To Urinate?

I have a burning sensation frequent urge to have to pee I am a person who has diabetics bu I have brought my a1c down to 5.5 and as long as I watch what I eat and drink I don t have to take medformin I keep getting uti and I don t know why they are terrible i drink a lot of water no sodas. My bladder does not empty. I have to sit and wait any ideals?

What problem you could having might be due to the enlarged prostate gland. Repeated urinary tract infection is also common in such instances.
Kindly get an ultrasound scan done to know the status of prostate as well as urinary system.
Consult Surgeon with report for clinical evaluation and appropriate management.
