What Causes Burning Sensation And Sensitivity On Skin And Tingling In Hands And Feet?

15 yr old F: Has all over body and joint pain, burning sensation and sensitivity on skin. Headache . Just ended a 1 wk dosage of prednisone ( stepped down from 40 - 10 mg. Just recently a few days ago increased levothyroxine from 25 mcg to 37.5 mcg. Has had other unusual neuro symptoms in past including numb, tingling feet/hands, sharp abd pain and Bsudden blurry vision, spanning a 1 wk period with no ocular problems with MRI. Can the prednisone trigger something? Or thyroid? She is in ALOT of pain ( ibuprofen doesn t help) BTW fstrong family hx of auto immune, thyroid and MS
