What Causes Burning Sensation And Pain Between The Navel And Breast Bone?

Ab soreness or something else. All day I have had a burning, bloating and at times cramping pain in my stomach between my belly button and breast bone. I did work my abs very hard this morning but I also have a stomach ulcer. I feel a little nauseous but have been able to have a bowel movement twice today but I still have the full feeling.

there are two problems one is acid dyspepsia and other cause may be anxiety neurosis

in both cases diet regulations and mental peace ought to be observed

you may use avipatikar churna after consulting Ayurveda physician
