What Causes Burning Sensation And Itching In The Vaginal Opening?

Hi, I have started to get sore burning and itching pains at the entrance to my vagina in the past 2 weeks that will not go away. There is also white clumpy discharge coming out which began odorless but now has a very strong fishy smell. I have not been to see a doctor about it yet because I find it really embarassing to speak about. Can you please give me some advice?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear
I understand your concern'
Your symptoms could be due due to vaginal infection and urinary tract infection like urethritis.
I would suggest to consult gynecologist and undergo vaginal swab test and examination to confirm cause
Following treatment will help you
Single dose of azithromycin plus fluconazole plus tinidazole
Vaginal suppository of clingen and lactobacillus
Wash vagina with warm salted water and apply apple cidar vinegar
Syrup cital: take 10 to 15 ml in half glass of water
Hope this may help you
Best regards
Dr. Sagar
