What Causes Burning Rash On Testicles With Peeling Skin?

I am a 19 year old guy, weigh 173 lb, and no illnesses/medication. I had sex recently, but I also started using imodium on the back of my penis to get rid of genital warts from hpv. After both having sex and starting to use imodium, I got this big red rash on the left side of my testicles. It never itches, but it burns when I touch it. Just recently, pus started surfacing. The skin seemed to have peeled incedibly fast, but it's also exactly where my penis would rest after applying the medication and sleeping with it. Could this be due to the imodium rubbing off from the penis to the sensitive skin of the testicles or is it some kind of std? No unsafe sex, but rubbing of parts. Thanks.

Hi.
Thank for your query.
Read and understood your concerns.Since you have had sex, although protected, it may not protect the base of hte penis and the scrotal skin.l
This may just a regular infection or herpes genitalis. Needs a clear picture/photo or consult a Dermatologist and Venerlogist for confirmation of the diagnosis and get treated properly.
