Hi
Thank you for asking HCM
I have gone through your query.Your problem is most likely lower urinary tract infection with urethritis. The infection you can rule out by doing a urine routine examination. I usually advise my patients to take urine alkalinizers like Sodium citrate syrup and to take more water.Barley water or cranberry juice also help to alkalanise urine.I also give flavoxate to decrease the symptoms. If no improvement i give antibiotics after a urine culture and sensitivity test.
Let me know if you have any further query.
