Hello,

This burning feeling could be a part of perimenopausal symptoms, hot flashes and night sweats. I would like to know your age. You can get few test done like Serum AMH level and HbA1C as to know the average sugar of last three months because developing diabetes is common in perimenopausal age group.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Rishma Lakhani, OB & GYN Specialist
