What Causes Burning During Passing Stools?
It hurts terribly when im peeing,i cant seem to poop,and it hurts alot before i fart.i can feel that my stomach and womb are filled with gas and it hurts but i can t seem to get rid of it,im also experiencing a sharp pain in the middle of my upper abdomen.

your history of agonising pain while peeing and defaection as well with gassy pain in upper and lower abdomen are indicative of urogenital parts harboring infection and it needs to know the source and type of organism responsible and how much surrounding organs are involved. So it is prudent to see uro- gynaecologist to guide you the logical treatment further
