What Causes Burning And Bleeding From An Old Scar?
My fiancée has a 15-year-old scar on his left eyebrow from falling off a bunkbed and hitting his head on a toy chest. A few days ago he said it was burning horribly. Today it started bleeding slightly again and scanning over again. He had not hurt it again in anyway.

The pyogenic granuloma would have developed on the scars due to minor trauma. Kindly consult the dermatologist for the perfect diagnosis and proper treatment.
Electrocautery under local anaesthesia may be considered.
