What Causes Bumpy Black Spot On The Mouth Roof Close To Gum Line In A 9 Month Old?

I have noticed a black spot on the roof of my 9 month old daughter s mouth. It is close to her gum line; however, it is actually on the roof of her mouth. I have felt of the spot and it actually sticks out from the roof of her mouth like a bump. What could be causing this? Thanks

It may haemagioma ,as there are haemagiomas known for bleeding after injury hence only care of injury and if growing very fast then to removal of it may be neccessary.
