What Causes Bumps With Puss On Genital Area?
okay, i am helping out a guy friend. He is to scared to go to his parents about it.
so he has little white bumps on this genital area and when he squeezed it some puss came out and a little blood followed.
its pimple like but a little smaller. what could he have?

Hello,
He may have an infected gland in the scrotal skin. He may need to wash it with water and soap and betadine. if it is persistent he may need oral antibiotics.
