Dermatologist 's  Response
Hi.
As per your case history you are having either folliculitis on scalp or allergic reaction.
My treatment advice is -
1. Don't scratch the lesions as it may worsen the condition.
2. Apply an antifungal plus steroid lotion like candid-b once daily on affected skin.
3. Take an antihistamine medication like levocetrizine for itching.
4. Other treatment options are oral antibiotics, antifungals taken only after consulting a dermatologist.

If problem persists then consult a dermatologist.

Thanks.
