What Causes Bumps On Lower Spine Of A Child?

Possible causes for several clear fluid filled very small bumps on lower spine of 7 year old female. Recently one of them became red and pus filled; burst in the bathtub. Small ones were just little bumps a couple of months ago, now fluid filled. New ones top of leg and top of butt crack...what are they?

Hi..by what you quote I feel these could be skin infection...pyoderma. As you say these are pus filled, they will require oral and topical antibiotics. I suggest you consult your paediatrician for antibiotic prescription.
