What Causes Bumps On Lips After Smoked Meth?

My friend smoked meth for the past two days and now is saying her tongue is red and numb on the end with little red bumps that burn and hurt when they touch food or her mouth, Also on the bottom of her lip theres little red bumps that hurt like fire. Please help!

The quality control of street drugs is terrible. If some of the chemicals involved in production of meth are still present they will cause minor irritation. Can also cause the same irritaiton in the lungs which is more of a concern!
but frankly the stress on the brain and heart is rather more of a concern.
