What Causes Bumps On Head And Pimples On Face?

Hello sir/mam I fell of bike and had 2 stitches & the following day I felt very nauseous and squeamish, going forward I felt gastronomic problems as well, worked for a company for whcih I woke up at 3am in the night consecutively for 3 yrs and overtimes to add to it. I had got done blood, urine and bp test 3 months back, I have been told u r 27yrs 5ft*2 healthy lad and don t take stress, however I get anxious at a drop of hat, nervous, eyes burn despite getting ample sleep, bumps on head which cause pain when poked at and pimples on face which appear and disappear in a order but I have no idea what this is and what should I do. Please please advise.

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, if this is the head injury due to accident then it need to be taken seriously and in my opinion with the symptoms of dizziness and other MRI need to be done, ideally it need to be kept under observation for 48 hours because anything could happen during this time period, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
I find this answer helpful
