Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concern.

As per your complain and presentation of symptoms pain around and behind the uvula is due to sore throat and it can be due to either dryness in throat due to dry mouth or it can also be due to throat infection which can be bacterial or viral in nature..

The white tongue is due to yeast infection known as ORAL THRUSH and it can occur in patients who take antibiotics as antibiotics destroy the good bacteria also which are responsible for preventing other organisms to cause infection in mouth..
Thrush also leads to dryness in mouth and bumps at the back of tongue are also due to infection and inflammation of Cicumvallate papillae that contains taste buds..
Thrush can also be a reason for throat irritation and pain..

Nothing to worry consult an Oral Physician and get evaluated.
He/she can advise you to take anti-fungal medicines like Fluconazole, gargles with Nystatin mouthwash and suck on Clotrimazole Lozenges.
Take more of probiotics like Yoghurt as it helps in clearing the fungus faster by retaining good bacteria.

For throat pain you can take anti-inflammatory painkiller like Ibuprofen.
Do warm saline gargles.
Steam inhalations and using a humidifier will help..
Drink plenty of water and chew sugar free chewing gums for preventing dryness as chewing gum will help in stimulating saliva flow and water will maintain hydration..

Hope this information helps..

Thanks and regards..
