What Causes Bumps On Arms And Cheeks?

HI THERE, I HAVE A STRANGE QUESTION......SO THIS HAS HAPPENED TO ME BEFORE BUT FOR THE LAST COUPLE OF DAYS IT BEEN HAPPENING CONSTANTLY......I GET THESE LITTLE BUMPS ON MY SKIN ON MY LEFT HAND SIDE FROM MY CHEEK AND ALL DOWN MY ARM NOW I KNOW YOU WOULD TELL ME THAT THEY ARE PROBALY GOOSEBUMPS BUT THEY AREN T.... LET ME EXPLAIN JUST BEFORE IT HAPPENS I GET LIKE THIS STRANGE PULLING FEELING ON MY SKIN LIKE IT BEING STRECHED OR CLENCHED UP AND THEN THE BUMPS COME AND JUST LIKE THAT IN A MATTER OF SECONDS THEY ARE GONE AGAIN.....NOW I KNOW THAT IT MIGHT NOT BE SERIOUS BUT I DO THINK IT VERY STRANGE COULD YOU PLEASE TELL ME WHAT THIS MIGHT BE

Monitor the conditions surrounding this occurance. Contact dermatitis, airborne irritants, insect contact or a chill may cause this reaction. Even if it occurs while you are seated close to an air vent. See if you can relate this to any activity. Trace your steps prior to the occurrence. Look for recent changes in clothing, personal products, diet, etc. How about driving in a car and having more sun exposure to one side than another?
Start Simple and if the condition continues, you need to see your general doctor for an exam and basic blood tests. Circulation could be a concern.
