What Causes Bumps And Patches On Face And Neck?

I am taking zolpidem half everyday before I go to sleep. Now a dys I am getting allergy on my face a lot .it starts from lot of bumps on my face and after 4/5 days it spreads on my face like burning skin or pâtches that kind skin also stay 4/6 days and then it s starter to get lighter patch but it mess my skin so badly that either put lot of makeup or feel really embracing.

Hi Dear ,

As per your query you have bumps and patches on face and neck from last 4-5 days . Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query like contact dermatitis , skin infection , eczema, bug bite and other medical condition . I would suggest you to stop using any cosmetic product , only apply petroleum jelly , protect your skin from sun exposure , and apply broad spectrum sunscreen when in exposure to sun . Also take over the counter anti histamine like bendryl . The symptoms also occur as a side effects of zolipidem . Consult dermatologist for proper examination . Doctor will examine physically , take history , order skin test for allergy and blood test . Doctor may order corticosteroid ointment , anti allergic medicine , antibiotics and may alter the dose of zolipidem or prescribe substitute .
