What Causes Bumps And Itching On Labia Minora?

Hi. The past week, my labia minora near the opening of my vagina has been itching. I dismissed it as nothing, until today when i was in the shower and noticed bumps that looked exactly like taste buds, and they were the source of the itching. what do i have?? there's no odd smell or discharge.

Hi
Thank you for asking HCM
I have gone through query.Your problem is most likely bartholinitis. For my patients with such condition i treat with antibiotics like clindamycin in form of vaginal suppository or oral tab.I also combine clotrimazole if there is sign of yeast infection like cheesy discharge.I also recommend my patient to use intimate wash regularly to normalize vaginal bacterial flora and PH and there by prevent from getting further infections.Hope this may help you.
Let me know if you have any further query.
I find this answer helpful
