What Causes Bumps And Discoloration On The Labia Minora?

Hello I have a small white painless bump on the bottom and behind my labia minora. I also have spotty discoloration that looks like fungus on my perineum. I went to a doctor and he said it was an ingrown hair, but he didnt look at it under a scope or for more that 2 seconds (not kidding). Nor did he say anything about my discoloration. The bump has been there for 5 days, besides the initial growing of it, it has not changed in size nor blistered. I had a pretty bad yeast infection a few days before I saw the bump. My infection was seen and treated by a doctor, then a few days later I saw thesindicate?e symptoms, could they be related please help me. What am I dealing with? thank you

HI,
I understand your concern.
An ingrown hair follicle would present as a sore blister, having pain & inflammation.
You had yeast infection before this.. Yeast infection causes lot of itching & burning in urination.
Looking at your previous history, it's most likely to be yeast infection.. which tends to recur many times. To avoid the recurrence..
- Consult your gynecologist ,to confirm type of infection( By examination/ vaginal swab testing )
- advised treatment is to be taken by both sex partners.
Thanks.
