Hello. Thank you for writing to us at healthcaremagic
Though you mentioned that she has been tested for herpes but it is not clear to me whether she tested positive for herpes or not. Herpes usually presents with multiple discrete bumps/ sores/ breaks in the genital skin. Lesions of genital herpes are usually painful and have a burning sensation to it. Incubation period of genital herpes varies from 2- 12 days. Therefore, painful bump that showed up just 2 days after unprotected sexual contact & that also has a burning sensation, suggest a possibility of genital herpes. The cheesy material that builds under prepuce is most likely to be a candidal infection/ yeast infection. I suggest that you visit a venereologist for a confirmatory diagnosis as well as appropriate prescription.
