What Causes Bump On Top Of Scalp, Discharge And Headache?

Hi. I have had a bump on the top of my scalp for years, but just recently it has become tender to touch and sore, and is getting bumpy and has discharge. Do you have any ideas of what this could be? I am a 33 year old female, 5'11'', 145 lb. I have been getting terrible headaches lately as well but can't see how this would be related...just a side note.

Dear
I am sorry for the symptoms you are suffering
It is time to schedule examination to don't out what is going on
As it is painful on touching I don't think you have reason to worry too much but examination are needed
In my opinion you should schedule a head CT scan or much better a brain MR
They will determinate the cause of headache
If they are normal you can be sure that you are ok
Start pain killer (ibuprofen or keto proven)then and you will be fine
Best regards
