Hi I was wondering if a lime or ingrwin hair can have both liquif and solid pus when popped? I have had one on my pubic area for 2 weeks and I couldn t see a hair but when I squeezed it today it popped and a lottle solid pus with yellow liquid came out

I think you got a carbuncle, it is pus filled lesion when hair follicle of pubic are is infected, warm compression over the carbuncle will reduce the bump or abscess, topical antibiotics can be used for secondary infection.
