What Causes Bump On Head?
Hello doc,My name is Maureen , I am a Nigerian. I just noticed a small boil bump on the side head of my 8 month old, I applied an ointment in the morning and by the time I picked him up at the creche,it was still little. All of a sudden now its bigger, I don t really know what to call it but I m confused. He was on antibiotics until few days ago.

THE BUMP COULD BE BENIGN MOULDING OR SCALP HEMATOMA OR A LIPOMA . OTHER DIFFERENTIALS ARE ALSO A POSSIBILITY.
KINDLY FIX A VISIT TO UR NEAREST PEDIATRICIAN TO RULE OUT ANY SERIOUS PATHOLOGY. THANX
