Hi
Thank you for asking HCM
I have gone through your query.Your condition is most likely a fibroadenoma. It will be most evident during the premenstrual days.Fibroadenoma is usually mobile and painless. You can have a self breast examination clockwise in concetric circles from areola to periphery. But it is better to have a breast examination with gynecologist and do an ultrasound if necessary to rule out other causes. If it is fibroadenoma it is benign, and surgical removal is advised only for cosmetic reasons.Hope this may help you.
Let me know if you have any further query.
