What Causes Bump Inside Vagina?
I have just one small under the skin looking bump on the right side of the inside of my vagina that causes slight painful urination and just mild pain in general, I have no discharge or any stronger smells and the skin around the inside seems to be a little redder then normal. What could it be?

Fromm your description, it looks like Bartholin gland abscess.
Please observe good hygiene,keep private parts clean and dry.
Use of a week long course of broad spectrum antibiotic will be of help. Please take tablet paracetamol as needed.
Use of Lactic acid containing vaginal wash during bath time is advisable.
