What Causes Bump In Anus?

Hi,
im 20, and i have a pea size bump on my anus that seems to be related to blood flow. when i try to poop, it feels like theres blood rushing to the bump and it expands in size, when i am not pooping it just feels like loose skin and is barely noticeable. do you have any idea what this might be?
