What Causes Bulky Uterus With Minimal POD Fluid?

Hello sir..my age is 37. Two months before I had bleeding between periods.. It was of spotting type, varying from brown to blackish color.. so I had Pap smear,. the result came as inflammatory smear. The doctor asked me to have ultrasound of abdomen.. the result showed bulky uterus and also minimal POD fluid.. I was really upset to hear this.. If this bulky uterus can be treated by medication or I need to have surgery? Please let me know..

welcome to hcm,
enlarged uterus or bulky uterus can be because of many reasons.some of them are
uterine fibroid which is a non cancerous
uterine cancer,
you may need a surgery to remove it
there are other causes of bulky uterus which includes intra uterine contraceptive device etc.
i want you to consult with your gynecologist for further management.
hope this explains
