I guess your concern is about your usg report which shows bulky ovaries. Firstly I want to say that...RELAX...NOTHING TO WORRY. I want to tell you that this type of ovaries are common in reproductive age group (15-45 yrs women comes under reproductive age group, in which chances of getting pregnant is more). But you didn't told me about your age, so I can't comment on this.

Secondly this type of bulky ovary usually causes irregular menses. But you didn't give info about your menses, so I can't comment on this. Most of the time this type of bulky ovary ( the size given in your usg) didn't cause any harmful effect in your body.

In this situation its usually having irregular menses, and difficulty in getting pregnant. But you also didn't give the info about whether you are married or not or having difficulty in getting pregnant or not.

Visit the nearby gynecologist. He/she can help you. If you have regular cycles then relax, keep patience.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
