According to my ultrasound result,it os diagnosed that right ovary appears bulky and echogenic measuring 3.8x2.5cms. Follicles measuring approx.5mm each are noted. Is this serious and will I need to undergo operation. What will be the main reason for this? I am unmarried 22 years.I will be glad if you can give me a detail answer
