What Causes Bulgy Veins On Head And Neck Of An Autistic Toddler?

Hi, my toddler has severe global developmental delay and autism gastro problems, over the course of the year his veins in/on head and side of the face have become very prominent and toddler also has a vein that bulges in the side of the neck when crying/distressed. Mentioned it to one doctor he saw but they were not bothered- we are UK based. Many Thanks.

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, 1) Autism Directly related with the age and clinical examination is must 2) Gastro Problem is not the specific term or symptoms and it does not create any sense 3) Prominent vascularity is not the sign of any disease and it could be normal one, over all these is not the matter of worry let the child grow old (You have not mentioned the age of child here else something specific could have been thought) hope this information helps.
I find this answer helpful
