What Causes Bruising On Inner Thigh And Knee?
I just noticed a bruise on my upper inner thigh and in the inner knee, I noticed 2 red marks in the crease. I had bloodwork that came back and my ALP is 100 IU/L, Anion Gap is 6.4 MMOL/L, WBC is 12.1 and RBC is 3.72. Could there be an underlining concern that I have cancer?

You may have some coagulation disease. You should go for Coagulation profile. Your report does not suggest any leukemia. Most of the leukemia have very high wbc count so no need to worry about leukemia.
