What Causes Bruising In Thighs And Nerve Tightness In Neck?

My friend injured his hamstring two weeks ago, bruising showed up three days later on the entire back of his thigh and the began to bruise into his calf. He iced it and took ibuprofen, currently suffers night sweats fatigue at the end of the day. He began taking baby aspirin several days ago and claims to have nerve tightness in the back of his neck. Should he see a doctor for possible blood clots or anything like that

I have studied your case.

For these symptoms analgesic and neurotropic medication can be started.
Till time, avoid lifting weights, Sit with support to back. You can consult physiotherapist for help.
Physiotherapy like ultrasound and interferential therapy will give quick relief.
