What Causes Bruises On The Buttocks And Pain In The Groin And Pelvis?

hi, I was told I have a hernia; due to a fall. But now I found out I have 2 like bruises on the bottom of each of my buttocks... it hurts when I cough, down on both of my groins and sometimes my pelvis is in great pain... is this for me to be of more concern about it? I have medical appointment with my regular doctor until April and when I get this pains I feel like going to the emergency room. What can you tell me about it?
