Hi how are you and thanks for taking my questions....I have Bruising on the inside of my buttocks cheeks and on the side of my penis, this happens like 2 or 3 times a year and usually lasts for a few weeks and just kind of goes away. Any idea what this may be or what could be causing this? Is it a sexually transmitted disease? Both spots get real itchy and bruise very purple!!! The one on my penis is about an inch long and in the buttocks is pretty big like the size of a palm.
Hi, As per your description, it is most likely a allergic reaction or boil or cellulitis,Petechiaes, papules etc. You must take antibiotics ( cephalosporins preferred) with analgesics and anti-inflammatory to get rid off that. Apply neosporin or bandage because it has a good role or you take antibiotics orally. You wash them with savlon and water. Only 3 days course of antibiotics Would be sufficient. Consult surgeon for further advise.
