What Causes Bruise On Wrist?
I work in the ambulance service and commonly carry patients in the carry chair, i have noticed that i am getting bruises on my wrists directly after lifting the patient almost like i have popped a vessel or something - please can you advise. I suffer no pain or discomfort and regularly use the gym, i do not smoke
