I was chasing my daughter and heard and felt a loud pop in my Calf I instantly could not bear weight I did fell dizzy and nauseated . A lot of pain proceeded . This was sunday today I woke up with a fairly large bruise on my calf . Should I be worried

In such cases chances of pulmonary embolism is high also.So it is better to have a consultation with orthopedician. X ray examination might be needed.You can apply ice splint the leg and go to ER.Hope this may help you.
