What Causes Brownish Discharge And Headache During Menstruation?

Hi I had a period on the 23rd of July my periods are always every month and last for seven days. I m not due my period yet and I have been bleeding very lightly for four days now it started of only when I wiped I had a tiny brownish blood but hardly any and now it s like a very light period I also been feeling drained and constant headache I get a slight tender breast pain not alot but now and then I have took a pregnancy test today but it was negative is it to early to test as I m not past my due date for my menstrul cycle?

hello user,brownish discharge during periods can be a normal variation of periods...it can be the old blood which is left inside the body is drained out...nothing t worry..headache during periods is due to drop in the estrogen levels during periods...you can consult your gynecologist and start taking ocpills low dose to regularize the hormonal balance...
