Hello,
Spotting after exercise commonly occurs due to disordered endometrium & hence you see old
blood clots. If you have been taking birth control pills or are Peri-menopausal you can get break through bleeding & that's normal.
Exercising activates your muscles & uterine muscles may release old clots, you need not worry that's healthy. You may see spotting for a few days.
If you are little
obese you may have breathing problems, try to cut down on sugar, carbohydrates & continue exercising (light exercise/ brisk walking). Maintain weight, stay out of polluted area.
However, you are suggested to get lipid function tests,
Urinalysis, CBC, ecg, echo-cardiography to rule out any developing cardiac pathology.
You can consult your gynae & have an USG(
uterus) done to rule out
endometriosis.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Take care
Regards,
