What Causes Brown Vaginal Discharge While On Medication For Chlamydia?

hi i havent had a period in nearly 4 months after coming off the pill, i have taken 3 pregnancy tests all came back negative. However i recently got diagnosed with chlamydia and took the medication to get rid of it. Since then i have had sex again and now have internal brown discharge and am really itchy. Is this my body getting rid of the chlamydia or something else?

Hi
welcome to HCM
Looking at your history it could be a case of ectopic pregnancy or chlamydia infection
please ask your doctor for culture and sensitivity test of the discharge so that if it due to infection the exact invading pathogen can be find out.

please visit your doctor immediately for an ultrasound and tests
Hope I have answered your question
wish you good health
